Q. Is Hypnosis really effective for Smoking Cessation? A. Absolutely! It’s been proved repeatedly. In 1993 an extensive research project was undertaken by the University of Iowa on the most effective methods to kick tobacco addiction, and hypnosis proved to be one of the easiest and most effective.
Q. Will I gain weight if I stop smoking? A. No, not with our Hypnosis program. In fact, many clients report that they lose weight. After their hypnosis sessions, they find they want to take better care of themselves. As part of the program, I always include suggestions about eating healthy nutritious foods, exercising, and drinking plenty of water.

Q. How many sessions does the Stop Smoking treatment require? A. Come prepared to leave as a nonsmoker after your first session. Most people do. Your complete “Stop Smoking” package will include three office visits, plus a short and relaxing CD that’s yours to take home for powerful reinforcement.
Note: The professionally made CD that I give you to enjoy at home will have both a daytime and a night time version of your hypnosis reinforcement. This way, you can even fall asleep with it night. It’s very relaxing.
